大话效果器のAPI 2500压缩器

[*]Norm模式:没有滤波器,2500与其他普通压缩器一样。 [*][s]Med模式:在这个模式中滤波器对低频会略有衰减而对高频会有一个小幅度的提升同时伴随着平稳的中频输入到RMS detector。这样就减轻了pumping(抽吸效应)对低频的影响并让RMS detector对于高频更加敏感,使其能接收到高频的信号峰值。[/s] [*][s]Loud模式:一个线性滤波器从最低的20HZ的-15dB开始到最高的20KHz的15dB,这样就减轻了pumping(抽吸效应)对低频的影响同时提升了高频的压缩量。[/s] [*]In Norm mode, there is no filter and the 2500 functions like a normal compressor. [*]In Med mode, there is a slight attenuation of the low frequencies and a slight boost of the high frequencies, with a flat mid range affecting the signal into the RMS detector. This reduces pumping caused by low frequencies and increases the RMS detectors’sensitivity to higher frequencies, affecting higher frequency signal peaks. [*]In Loud mode, a gradual linear filter attenuates level by 15dB at 20hz and increases level by 15dB at 20khz. This decreases low frequency pumping while increasing higher frequency compression. API官方说明 This control sets the THRUST, a patented circuit that inserts a hi-pass filter at the input of the RMS detector, limiting its response to lower frequencies. In the NORM mode, there is no filter and the 2500 compresses like most units on the market today. When MED is selected, there is a slight attenuation of the low frequencies and a slight boost of the high frequencies, with a flat midrange affecting the signal going into the RMS detector. This reduces the low frequencies from pumping the compressor as much and increases the sensitivity of the RMS detector to the higher frequencies, affecting the higher frequency peaks of the signal. When LOUD is selected, there is a gradual, linear filter, down 15 dB at 20 Hz and up 15dB at 20K Hz, equalizing the energy going into the RMS detector. This decreases the way the low frequencies pump the compressor and increases the way the higher frequencies are compressed. The overall difference is a noticeable increase of punch and low frequencies, but a uniformly compressed signal. It is the "little more punch" switch. The RMS detector sends a signal to the VCA that is an exact ratio of the desired compression, set by the ratio control. In the NEW mode, the compressor works like most newer types of compressors, as in most of the VCA based units. This is called FEED-FORWARD compression, where the RMS detector sends a signal to the VCA that is an exact ratio of the desired compression, set by the RATIO control. When the OLD position is selected, the RMS detector gets the signal from the output of the VCA, and then feeds the VCA a signal based on a set ratio of that signal. This type of compression is called FEEDBACK compression and is how the older API 525, 1176 type and 660 type compressors worked. The NEW mode is much harder and the OLD mode is very smooth. When SOFT, LOUD, and OLD is selected you can hardly hear the compression. [attach]309656[/attach] [attach]309658[/attach] Compressor Section [attach]309660[/attach] Threshold(阀值) 设置压缩的开始点。每个立体声通道的Threshold都可独立设置,因为每个通道都有自己独立的RMS detector,即使是在link模式。在Auto Gain Make-up mode(自动增益补偿模式),Threshold也会影响到Gain。 范围:+10dBu to -20dBu (-12dBFS to -42dBFS) 默认:0dBu Attack(启动) 设置每个通道的attack(启动)时间。 范围:.03ms, .1ms, .3ms, 1ms, 3ms, 10ms, 30ms 默认:1ms Ratio (压缩比) 设置每个通道的压缩比,在Auto Gain Make-up mode(自动增益补偿模式),Ratio也会影响到Gain。 范围:1.5:1, 2:1, 3:1, 4:1, 6:1, 10:1, inf:1 默认:4:1 Release(释放) 设置压缩器的release(释放)时间。当设置为 Variable,释放时间被Variable Release控制,位于release控制的右侧。 范围: .05sec, .1sec, .2sec, .5sec, 1sec, 2sec, Variable 默认:.5sec Variable Release(个人翻译额外释放时间)控制Variable下的释放时间(PS:Release控制必须选择为Variable) 范围:.05 seconds to 3 seconds in steps of 0.01ms(0.5秒到3秒以0.01毫秒为调节单位) 默认:.5sec Tone Section [attach]309666[/attach] 这块以上已经介绍过了所以不在过多叙述了 Knee(拐点) 范围 :Hard, Med, Soft 默认 :Hard Thrust 范围:Loud, Med, Norm 默认 :Norm Type 范围:Feed Back, Feed Forward 默认:Feed Forward
Link Section [attach]309668[/attach] L/R Link设置左右声道RMS detector 混合的百分比,在 Link mode下,每个通道仍然受自己的RMS detector控制,防止两通道的loading 和 slaving。 waves官方的说明 Sets the percentage of linkage between the left and right channels. While in Link mode, each channel is still controlled by its own RMS detector, which prevents loading and slaving from either side. API官方说明 This control sets the left to right LINK percentage. Most compressors only allow 100% linking between channels. The 2500 allows for linking starting at IND, which is 0% and 50% to 100% in six additional steps. At the same time, each channel is still controlled by its own detector, preventing loading and slaving from one side, which many times creates errors. This control mixed each channel's RMS detector controls together according to the switch position. 范围:IND, 50%, 60%,70%,80%,90%,100% 默认:100% Shape waves官方的说明 Adjusts the Shape of the link control voltage mixing. The HP (high pass filter, LP low pass filter eliminating the highs and a combination of both filters creating a band pass filter. the value of this circuit allows the Link control voltage to not include certain frequencies. Different filter combinations can be used, for example, to prevent percussive instruments on one channel from coupling and causing unwanted compression on the other channel. API官方的说明 This control adjusts the SHAPE of the LINK control voltage mixing. There are two filters, a high pass filter, eliminating the lows, a low pass filter, eliminating the highs and a combination of both filters creating a band pass filter. The value of this circuit allows the LINK control voltage to NOT include certain frequencies, such as the low frequency end of each channel, preventing the low frequencies from linking from the left side to the right side, etc. When the different combinations of the filters are used, sounds like sharp percussive instruments on one channel will not couple to the other channel and cause it to compress. (个人理解LP(低通滤波)HP(高通滤波)BP就是两个的组合,因为前面也大量叙述了该插件是双通道的每个通道都有独立的RMS detector 控制 但是压缩器是只有一个的所以当其中一个通道出现一个非常尖锐的高频的时候这个通道触发压缩器工作,因为压缩处理是两个通道一起的所有令一个通道也会被一起压缩(但我们可能不希望另一个通道被压缩)所以就有了这个的存在必要了,我们在这里切换到LP就把那个尖锐的高频给过滤掉了也就不会产生压缩。所以说这个滤波器是控制RMS detector 信号的,并不会对音频有LP或者HP的效果) 范围:HP, LP, BP, Off 默认:Off Meter Display (仪表显示) [attach]309693[/attach] Meters 仪表显示单位为dBFS。 范围 0dB to -24dB (Gain Reduction mode 增益衰减模式) -24dB to 0dB (Input and Output modes 输入输出模式) Switchable Display Modes (可切换显示模式) 范围:GR, Out, In 默认 :GR Clip LED(过载指示灯) 在两个表之间的就是过载指示灯,其显示的是输入或输出过载。因为LED显示的是输入和输出过载,所以你得自行分辨两个电平哪个更大。点击过载指示灯即可复位。 Output Section [attach]309694[/attach] Analog模拟硬件开关 范围:On/Off 默认:On Output 控制输出电平以0.1dB为调节单位。 范围 :+/-24dB 默认:0dB Make-Up 自动增益补偿开关 范围:Auto, Manual 默认:Auto In 作为压缩器主连接的旁通开关。当设置为Out,压缩器所有功能旁通。 范围:In/Out 默认:In 严禁转载版权归作者所有 |

不是太喜欢API的压缩~虽然它实物真的很贵。。。比起来,我更喜欢用臭氧的压缩~效果棒棒哒~ |
